Shipping & Returns

Dispatch

Orders confirmed before [cutoff time] on a business day ship the same day. Orders confirmed after that ship the next business day. "Confirmed" means we've replied to your order request with a final total and you've completed payment — not simply when you submit the request.

Carrier & handling

Shipped via [carrier] with tracking on every order. Cold-pack/insulated packaging is used where the product requires it to protect integrity in transit.

Where we ship

We ship within the United States only, and do not knowingly ship to jurisdictions where receiving research chemicals is restricted or prohibited, including: [state/country exclusion list]. It's your responsibility to confirm that receiving these products is lawful where you are before ordering — we reserve the right to cancel any order we can't confirm this for.

Lost or damaged in transit

If your order arrives damaged, or tracking shows it lost, contact us within 7 days of the delivery date (or expected delivery date) with your order details and, for damage, photos of the packaging and product. We'll arrange a reship or refund at our discretion once we've confirmed the issue.

Returns

Because these are research chemicals shipped with cold-chain or integrity-sensitive handling, we don't accept returns of product that has left our facility except where it arrived damaged or incorrect (see above). If you believe you received the wrong item or concentration, contact us before use so we can resolve it.

Order changes & cancellations

Because orders are confirmed manually, you can request a change or cancellation any time before we confirm your final total and you complete payment, with no cost. Once payment is made and the order is preparing to ship, changes may not be possible.
