This Privacy Policy explains what information payloadco.com (the "Site") collects and how it's used. We collect the minimum needed to run the Site and fulfill order requests.
What we collect
Cart contents.The items in your cart are stored only in your browser's local storage. They are never transmitted to us or to any third party unless you choose to send an order request.
Order request information. When you submit the order request form, the details you enter (order summary, shipping address, and contact information) are sent to our order-processing server, which generates an order number and emails a copy to you and to us. We do not use this information for anything other than fulfilling your order, responding to you, and the recordkeeping described below.
Contact form / email. If you email us, we receive your email address and message content.
We do not currently operate user accounts, a server-side database of customer information, or online payment processing — payment is arranged manually after we confirm your order.
Cookies and tracking
The Site uses browser local storage to remember your cart between visits. We do not currently use third-party advertising trackers or analytics cookies. If that changes, this policy will be updated accordingly.
How we use it
We use the information you send us to confirm, fulfill, and ship your order, respond to questions, and meet legal and recordkeeping obligations. We do not sell or rent your personal information to third parties.
Data retention
We keep order and correspondence records for as long as reasonably necessary for accounting, legal, and customer-service purposes, then delete or anonymize them.
Your choices
You can clear your cart at any time from the cart page or by clearing your browser's local storage. To request access to, correction of, or deletion of information you've sent us, contact us — see below.
Children's privacy
The Site is not directed to anyone under 21, and we do not knowingly collect information from children. See our Terms of Service for our age requirement.
